Focus of the Workshop

Leveraging outputs from the Introduction to Extraordinary Teams workshop and comprehensive DiSC assessments for the entire team, this action-learning session guides leaders and their teams in co-creating a rigorous plan to inspire, develop, and instill an appetite for excellence.

The intent is to apply the insights from readiness and DiSC assessments to transform the team’s mindset and conditions necessary to deliver extraordinary results.

Key Outcomes:

• ‘Hard-Truths’ Examination: A clear examination of team strengths, weaknesses, and unlocked value based on comprehensive readiness and DiSC assessment results
• Solidified Aspiration: A collaboratively revised and solidified aspiration for the team’s achievement, including rigorous metrics and measures of success
• Conditions Strategy: A clear strategy to create the necessary conditions for the team to perform, including defined key accountabilities, decision-rights, and effective ways of working

Ideal Audience:

This workshop is designed for supervisors, managers, leaders, and their entire teams who are ready to transform from achieving expected results to achieving extraordinary results—setting a new standard of achievement or outperforming other similar groups to accelerate growth. Ideal participants typically have:

• A track record of team cohesion and consistent delivery of expected results
• Existing development plans in place for each team member
• Knowledge of PDG’s Performance Architecture Framework
• Experience in applying performance analysis to improve outcomes
• A willingness or adeptness at providing ‘hard-truth’ feedback, making difficult decisions, and exercising appropriate, consistent accountability
