Introduction to Extraordinary Teams

Introduction to Extraordinary Teams

Focus of the Workshop

This workshop facilitates a ‘hard truth’ assessment to differentiate a standard team from a high-performance one. We review the specific profiles, characteristics, enablers, and habits that define elite teams. The intent is to determine the precise conditions necessary to perform at an extraordinary level and define the clear, expected value the team will create.

Key Outcomes:

  • Aspiration & Metrics: A clear, defined aspiration for the team’s future achievement, including specific metrics and measures for successful outcomes
  • Readiness Evaluation: A data-driven evaluation of the current team’s readiness to high-perform, based on confidential survey results from both the team members and the leader
  • Conditions Profile: A detailed profile of the necessary conditions required for the team to achieve its aspiration, also derived from structured team and leader survey results
  • Foundation for Growth: A solid basis and preparedness for attending the “Developing Extraordinary Teams” workshop

Ideal Audience:

This workshop is designed for supervisors, managers, and leaders seeking to determine if their existing team is poised for development into a ‘high-performance’ unit and identify the specific value that team should deliver. Ideal participants typically have:

  • A track record of team cohesion and consistent delivery of expected results
  • Existing development plans in place for each team member
  • Working knowledge of PDG’s Performance Architecture Framework
  • Experience in applying performance analysis to improve outcomes
  • A willingness or adeptness at providing ‘hard-truth’ feedback, making difficult decisions, and exercising appropriate, consistent accountability

Investment:

We have structured this intensive session to provide a high-value, hybrid learning experience:

  • Format: Hybrid (Includes essential Pre-work and In-person sessions)
  • Duration: 2 days (structured across the hybrid format)
  • Cost: $1000 per participant
  • Capacity: Up to 6 participants per session
