This ‘graduate-level’ workshop delivers a no-nonsense, in-depth examination of the formula, components, and application of PDG’s proven Performance Architecture Framework: Layers, Discipline, Habits, and Tradecraft.

Managers often understand the need for better performance but often lack the specific methodology and tools to design and manage the underlying systems effectively.

Using our Action-Learning approach, participants apply PDG templates to their own real-world work situations, actively developing a robust performance architecture for their specific team or area of responsibility.

Ideal Audience:

This workshop is designed for experienced leaders and middle managers who oversee multiple teams and are responsible for significant outcomes. This includes leaders who:

• Oversee the work of an entire business unit or support function
• Hold enterprise-level or high-visibility responsibilities
• Typically manage one or more supervisors of smaller, interconnected teams
• Are accountable for the work outcomes of multiple teams
