ACTIVATE AND INSPIRE IMPROVED PERFORMANCE

Overview

PDG’s mission is to create performance-minded individuals, leaders, and organizations that unlock value, growth, and results by integrating business and cultural outcomes.

And we believe that mission starts with an acceptance that organizational performance is unavoidably complex because, at its core, performance is about achieving results through people….and people have dimensionality. Complexity, however, doesn’t equate to being inevitably difficult or unattainable, quite the contrary. It is this hidden simplicity concealed by complexity that became the four principles that guide our workshops:

  • People are at the center of organizational performance
  • Organizational performance is a holistic system
  • Honesty, discipline, and diligence are required
  • Bespoke form begets practical function

Our workshops are designed to help establish foundational understanding, develop practical skill, and enable autonomy toward building performance architecture and analysis capability within organizations.

Available Workshops

Performance Architecture Essentials Powered by PerformanceDNA

Reset or upgrade understanding and expectations about how organizational performance is defined, managed, and achieved. The intent is to provide PDG’s ‘hard-truth’ review and discussion of the holistic nature and dimensionality of organizational performance and practical strategies to inform and promote performance-minded thinking.

The Performance-Minded Manager

An in-depth no-nonsense examination of the formula, components, and application of PDG’s Performance Architecture: Layers, Discipline, Habits, and Tradecraft. This action-learning workshop has participants use their real work situation to create their own performance architecture using PDG’s templates.

Analyzing Performance Powered by PerformanceDNA

Review and examine the primary influences on performance, analyze and diagnose their impact on successful achievement of outcomes, and leverage the diagnosis to inform the selection of appropriate interventions to close gaps, remove barriers, and enable optimal results. This action-learning workshop has participants use real work-related performance challenges as the basis for their performance analysis.

Introduction to Extraordinary Teams

Review the profile that differentiates a ‘high-performance team’ – characteristics, enablers, and habits, determine the conditions necessary to perform at that level, and define the expected value to be created by the team. The intent is to conduct a ‘hard-truth’ assessment of an existing team’s readiness to transform in order to deliver extraordinary results.

Developing Extraordinary Teams

Leveraging outputs from “Intro to Extraordinary Teams,” and results from DiSC assessments for the entire team, leaders and their teams co-create a plan to inspire, develop, and instill an appetite for excellence. The intent is to apply the insights from the readiness and DiSC assessments to transform the team’s mind-set and conditions necessary to perform in order to deliver extraordinary results.
