Focus of the Workshop

Leveraging outputs from “Intro to Extraordinary Teams,” and results from DiSC assessments for the entire team, leaders and their teams co-create a plan to inspire, develop, and instill an appetite for excellence. The intent is to apply the insights from the readiness and DiSC assessments to transform the team’s mind-set and conditions necessary to perform in order to deliver extraordinary results. Participants will leave with….

  • A ‘hard-truths’ examination of team strengths, weaknesses, and unlocked value based on readiness and DiSC assessment results
  • A collaboratively revised/solidified aspiration to be achieved by the team, to include metrics and measures of successful achievement
  • A strategy to create the conditions necessary for the team to perform to include key accountabilities, decision-rights, and ways of working

Audience

Supervisors, Managers, and Leaders and their Team ready to transform from achieving expected results to achieving extraordinary results – to set a new standard of achievement or outperform other similar groups in order to accelerate growth. Those leaders that have:

  • A track record of team cohesion and delivery of consistent and expected results from a team
  • Development plans for each team member
  • Knowledge about Performance Architecture
  • Experience applying performance analysis to improve performance
  • A willingness for or are adept at providing ‘hard-truth’ feedback, making difficult decisions, exercising appropriate and consistent accountability
