Introduction to Extraordinary Teams

Introduction to Extraordinary Teams

Focus of the Workshop

Review the profile that differentiates a ‘high-performance team’ – characteristics, enablers, and habits, determine the conditions necessary to perform at that level, and define the expected value to be created by the team. The intent is to conduct a ‘hard-truth’ assessment of an existing team’s readiness to transform in order to deliver extraordinary results. Participants will leave with….

  • A clear aspiration to be achieved by the team, to include metrics and measures of successful achievement
  • An evaluation of the current team’s readiness to high-perform based on survey results from the team and the leader
  • A profile of the conditions necessary for the team to achieve the aspiration based on survey results from the team and leader
  • A basis for the “Developing Extraordinary Teams” workshop
