My two-decade career has focused on helping an extensive portfolio of organizations achieve practical and transformational outcomes and to sustain success. My experience was forged through a unique blend of corporate leadership and global consulting roles:

This work has spanned a wide array of industries – including Automotive, Retail, Banking, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, and Government & Defense – allowing me to partner with small businesses and global clients alike.

A take-away from my two-decade career: Performance architecture skills should be a foundational competency for individuals in strategic and operational roles in every organization – especially those who aspire to excellence.

I hold a BA in Psychology from Lycoming College and an MS in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University. I am a Kirkpatrick-certified Principal Evaluator, I have 15 years of experience applying the DiSC assessment among others, as well as facilitating, instructing, and coaching, and I spent several years apprenticing with contemporary pioneers of the Human Performance Improvement (HPI) movement.

Outside of work, I am a dog rescue & foster advocate, I dabble as a wine and culinary connoisseur, and I tinker with our vintage resale shop. I live in the scenic Finger Lakes region of NY with my husband and our four rescue dogs, enjoying the area’s innovative wine, farm-to-table cuisine, and outdoor adventures.
