Throughout my career I’ve been fortunate enough to serve, work-with or lead elite teams from intelligence task forces to premium global brands and bold small businesses – entire organizations to niche teams.

I’ve also learned that many leaders are just saying the words, they’re not modeling the way. At PDG, we’re looking to work with owners, leaders, and managers who aim high, want to honestly know where they are, what it’ll take to get there, and then have the discipline and commitment to follow through.

My expertise delivering tactical and strategic outcomes in support of tough cultural and business challenges was honed through a unique blend of enterprise, functional, and specialty roles where I developed the ability to analyze and understand performance from the enterprise through the functions to the performer – conducting rapid analysis and ‘helicoptering’ from the 100,000ft view to the ground. My various roles include:

  • Director of Organizational Development & Learning
  • Chief – Analytic Tradecraft Development, Performance & Quality
  • Senior Intelligence Officer
    • Performance Integration
    • Joint Interagency Task Force – High Valued Individuals, Iraq
    • HUMINT/Counterterrorism/Counterintelligence, Iraq
  • Premium Brand Performance Consultant – Food/Beverage, Defense/Aerospace, Banking/Finance, Medical/Healthcare

A take-away from my two-decade career: Enabling & empowering the right people, in the right places with the right messaging will end in undeniable results.

I’m a former combat Marine and live in the Finger Lakes Region in upstate NY with my wife and four dogs. I hold an MA in Public/International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh and a BA in International Studies/Business from Lycoming College. Certifications include – facilitator, instructor, leadership coach, Analytic Tradecraft, DiSC, and Human Performance Improvement (HPI), among others.
